RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At KasMartē, we carefully create and prepare each garment with intention. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, exchanges may be arranged under certain conditions.

EXCHANGES

If you need a different size or have received an incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for an exchange:
• The item must be unworn and unused
• The item must be in its original packaging
• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
