At KasMartē, each garment is prepared and handled with care before it reaches you. This policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered.

Orders are processed within a few business days after purchase. Once processing is complete, the order will be prepared for shipment.

Estimated delivery time is approximately two weeks depending on the destination and shipping conditions. Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

KasMartē ships internationally. Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their local authorities.

When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
